Do you want to get ready for an apprenticeship? Then you've come to the right place! With us, you can discover and develop your strengths in workshops, during taster days at companies, in varied workshops, through sports activities and many interesting additional offerings.
With the support of your personal coach and experienced trainers, you'll master the transition from school or unemployment to vocational training – step by step. We'll be there to guide you!
TRAINING FIT
You have completed your compulsory schooling and are now on your way to an apprenticeship?
Young people between the ages of 15 and 21 can take advantage of our program. In certain cases, participation is also possible up to the age of 25 (special educational needs, learning disabilities, social and/or emotional impairments).
ATTENTION ! Participation is only possible through the youth coaching program . If you are interested, first register with the youth coaching program and inform the youth coach of your interest. You will then be invited to an interview and a trial session to get to know each other.
PRE-MODULE
Not sure if you can commit to attending the AusbildungsFit FACTORY program from Monday to Friday? Then try the preparatory module. You can simply drop by – alone or with someone, whatever suits you best.
Making an appointment beforehand by phone, WhatsApp or email is of course safer, so that we are sure to be there and have time for you.

THE WORKSHOPS
In the six workshops of AusbildungsFit factory, you can get active, practice, and specialize. Under the guidance of professionals, you develop products and services for real customers – with professional tools and to a truly high standard.
Here you can gain practical experience, improve your skills and optimally prepare for an apprenticeship.
The workshops will gradually guide you towards a structured daily routine. A clear daily structure will help you (re)establish a rhythm. Exciting and challenging tasks will give you the boost you need to get started and stick with it!
In addition, you'll learn many new things and refresh your knowledge in the knowledge workshop. Sports activities will support your physical fitness.
GRAPHIC
Are you creative, do you find advertising and photography interesting, and do you enjoy working on the computer?
In the graphic design workshop, you'll create a wide variety of printed materials and learn how to use layout and image editing software professionally. From the initial creative concept and photo shoots to preparing print materials for the copy station or an external print shop, you'll be fully involved in the projects. You'll create modern designs, edit images, and bring the finished layouts to life on paper. Besides some talent, this primarily requires precision, patience, and a love of working with computers.
WOOD
Would being able to produce real products from solid wood be something for you?
In the woodworking shop, you'll learn the fundamentals of working with solid wood and engineered wood products. From precise measuring, sawing, and drilling to sanding and oiling, you'll be fully involved from planning to on-site assembly. Large projects result in the creation of cool wooden objects. Since you'll be working with typical tools and machines like milling machines and sanders, attention to detail and meticulousness are especially important to us.
CREATIVE
Do you enjoy creating beautiful things with your hands using different materials?
Working with various materials such as fabrics, felt, clay, paints, paper, and natural materials, you'll gain fundamental craft skills in the creative workshop. You can contribute your creative ideas to decoration projects and product development, from planning to the finished product. And of course, you'll be involved in selling the products at markets.
The work is technically demanding; the workpieces are mostly made by hand.
METAL
Does being able to measure, file, saw, weld, solder, drill and polish sound interesting to you?
The metal workshop gives you insight into the theory and practice of metalworking. The pieces you'll create range from small jewelry to large metal sculptures. During the workshop, you'll acquire basic knowledge of working with metal, as well as other materials, paints, and varnishes. This also includes the proper and safe use of tools and equipment.
Producing the workpieces requires spatial awareness, precise work, and manual dexterity.
VIDEO
Instead of just watching videos, would you like to learn how to produce high-quality videos?
In the video workshop, you'll acquire the fundamentals of digital video editing and dramaturgy. You'll be filming live at events and working with professional editing software, microphones, and lighting equipment. From the initial concept to the final sound design in post-production, you'll work on a variety of projects. Filming and subsequent post-production require creativity, patience, teamwork, and sometimes even acting talent.
CRAFTS
First, dock at the FACTORY and see what suits you?
The workshop offers you a gentle introduction to the AusbildungsFit FACTORY program. Together with participants from the preparatory module, you'll work on creative projects, breathe new life into used objects through upcycling, and care for our plants. You'll also engage in social work by supporting seniors in the neighboring retirement home. Through varied maintenance and decoration tasks, you'll gain essential craft skills for your future.
